تحكم شروط الاستخدام هذه («الشروط») وصولك إلى منصة سديم واستخدامك لتطبيق سديم الجوال والموقع الإلكتروني والخدمات التعليمية المرتبطة (مجتمعةً: «المنصة»). بإنشاء حساب أو بالوصول إلى المنصة أو استخدامها، فإنك تقر بأنك قرأت هذه الشروط وفهمتها وتوافق على الالتزام بها.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sadeem mobile application, website, and related educational services (collectively, the “Platform”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

إذا لم توافق على هذه الشروط، يجب ألا تستخدم المنصة.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

يجوز لك استخدام المنصة فقط إذا كنت مؤهلاً قانونياً لإبرام اتفاق ملزم بموجب القانون المعمول به. إذا كنت تستخدم المنصة نيابةً عن مدرسة أو شركة أو جهة أخرى، فإنك تُقرّ وتضمن أنك مخوّل بقبول هذه الشروط نيابةً عنها.

You may use the Platform only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a school, company, or other organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

سديم منصة تعليم إلكتروني يوفّر من خلالها الوصول إلى المحاضرات والدورات والفيديوهات والمواد التعليمية المرتبطة بحساب المستخدم.

Sadeem is an e-learning platform that provides access to lectures, courses, videos, and educational materials associated with a user account.

المنصة مخصّصة للاستخدام التعليمي المشروع فقط. قد يعتمد الوصول إلى محتوى معيّن على حالة الحساب أو الأذونات الممنوحة أو الانتساب التعليمي.

The Platform is intended solely for lawful educational use. Access to specific content may depend on the user’s account status, assigned permissions, or educational enrollment.

للوصول إلى بعض ميزات المنصة، قد يُطلب منك إنشاء حساب وتقديم معلومات دقيقة وكاملة ومحدثة.

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information.

يجب إخطارنا فوراً إذا اعتقدت أن حسابك قد تم الوصول إليه دون تفويض أو إذا وقع حادث أمني يتعلق بحسابك.

You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization or if there has been any security incident involving your account.

نحتفظ بحق تعليق أو تقييد الوصول إلى أي حساب يبدو أنه مُعرَّض للاختراق أو مضلل أو مخالف لهذه الشروط.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to any account that appears to be compromised, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.

توافق على استخدام المنصة بشكل مشروع ومحترم ومسؤول.

You agree to use the Platform in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner.

جميع المحتويات المتاحة عبر المنصة، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر المحاضرات والفيديوهات ومواد الدورات والاختبارات والرسوم والعلامات والبرمجيات وعناصر الواجهة والمواد ذات الصلة، مملوكة لسديم أو لمرخّصيها أو لمزوّدي المحتوى، وهي محمية بموجب قوانين الملكية الفكرية المعمول بها.

All content made available through the Platform, including but not limited to lectures, videos, course materials, quizzes, graphics, branding, software, interface elements, and related materials, is owned by Sadeem, its licensors, or its content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

مع مراعاة هذه الشروط، تمنحك سديم ترخيصاً محدوداً وشخصياً وغير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل وقابلاً للإلغاء للوصول إلى المحتوى واستخدامه لأغراضك التعليمية الشخصية فقط.

Subject to these Terms, Sadeem grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content solely for your personal educational use.

ما لم يُصرّح صراحةً كتابياً، لا يجوز لك:

إذا سمحت المنصة بإرسال تعليقات أو واجبات أو رسائل أو مواد أخرى، فإنك تظل مسؤولاً عن المحتوى الذي تُرسله.

If the Platform allows you to submit comments, assignments, messages, or other materials, you remain responsible for the content you submit.

توافق على عدم إرسال أي مادة غير مشروعة أو مسيئة أو قذفية أو مضللة أو منتهكة أو غير لائقة.

You agree not to submit any material that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, misleading, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

قد نراجع المحتوى المُرسل أو نزيله أو نقيده أو نُبلّغ عنه عند الضرورة لحماية المستخدمين أو تنفيذ هذه الشروط أو الامتثال للقانون أو الحفاظ على سلامة المنصة.

We may review, remove, restrict, or report submitted content when necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or maintain the integrity of the Platform.

يخضع استخدامك للمنصة أيضاً لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا، التي توضح كيفية جمعنا واستخدامنا وتخزيننا وحمايتنا للبيانات الشخصية.

Your use of the Platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data.

باستخدامك للمنصة، فإنك تقر بأنه قد تتم معالجة معلوماتك وفقاً لسياسة الخصوصية والقانون المعمول به.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your information may be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

إذا أنشأت حساباً على المنصة، يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وفقاً لإجراءات حذف الحساب المعمول بها والالتزامات القانونية للاحتفاظ بالبيانات.

If you create an account on the Platform, you may request deletion of your account in accordance with our applicable account deletion process and legal retention obligations.

قد يُحتفظ ببعض المعلومات حيث يقتضي ذلك القانون أو اللوائح أو احتياجات الأمن أو متطلبات منع الاحتيال أو التزامات سجلات مشروعة.

Certain information may be retained where required by law, regulation, security needs, fraud prevention requirements, or legitimate recordkeeping obligations.

قد نُحدّث أو نُعدّل أو نُعلّق أو نوقف أي جزء من المنصة أو الميزات أو المحتوى في أي وقت، مع إشعار أو دونه، عند الاقتضاء للصيانة أو الأمن أو الامتثال القانوني أو تحسين الخدمة.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform, features, or content at any time, with or without notice, where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or service improvement.

لا نضمن بقاء أي محتوى أو ميزة أو خدمة معيّنة متاحة دائماً.

We do not guarantee that any specific content, feature, or service will always remain available.

تُقدَّم المنصة وجميع المحتويات «كما هي» و«حسب التوفر» إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون.

The Platform and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

المواد التعليمية والشهادات المقدَّمة عبر المنصة هي لأغراض التعلم فقط ولا تُشكّل اعتماداً أكاديمياً أو حكومياً أو مهنياً رسمياً ما لم يُنصّ صراحةً على خلاف ذلك.

Educational materials and certificates offered through the Platform are provided for learning purposes only and do not constitute official academic, governmental, or professional accreditation unless explicitly stated otherwise.

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون المعمول به، لا تتحمل سديم وشركاتها التابعة ومسؤولوها وموظفوها والمتعاقدون معها والمرخّصون والشركاء المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية أو نموذجية أو عقابية، أو عن أي فقدان للبيانات أو السمعة أو الفرصة أو المنفعة المتوقعة الناشئة عن أو المتعلقة باستخدامك للمنصة أو عدم قدرتك على استخدامها.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sadeem and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, reputation, opportunity, or expected benefit arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

إذا لم يسمح القانون المعمول به ببعض حدود المسؤولية، فقد لا تنطبق بعض القيود أعلاه عليك.

If applicable law does not allow certain limitations of liability, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

قد نُعلّق أو نقيد أو ننهي وصولك إلى المنصة إذا:

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform if:

يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام المنصة في أي وقت. حيث يتوفر حذف الحساب، يمكنك طلب حذف الحساب عبر المنصة أو عبر قنوات الدعم التي تحددها سديم.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. Where account deletion is available, you may request account deletion through the Platform or through the support channels identified by Sadeem.

تظل أي أحكام من هذه الشروط يجب أن تبقى سارية بعد الإنهاء نافذة، بما في ذلك أحكام الملكية الفكرية وإخلاء المسؤولية وحدود المسؤولية والامتثال القانوني.

Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and legal compliance provisions.

قد نُراجع هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. عندئذٍ سنُحدّث تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه. يُشكّل استمرار استخدامك للمنصة بعد سريان الشروط المُحدَّثة قبولاً للشروط المُعدَّلة، إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the Platform after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

تُفسَّر هذه الشروط وتُحكم بموجب قوانين العراق، دون اعتبار لتضارب القوانين.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Iraq, without regard to conflict of law principles.
